We begin the games with an 800m sprint, flows into the Playdate zones.
ZONE 1: The Squat Squad
50 squats → 400m loop
ZONE 2: Military Crawl Madness
20m crawl → 400m loop
ZONE 3: Hop, Skip, Power
20m hops → 400m loop
ZONE 4: Gunny Sack Dash
20m sack sprint → 400m loop
Finish Line:
