Rules & Regulations – Nutrifresh Farm Ultra 2025
Please carefully read the following guidelines before participating in the event. Your registration confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Registration & Cancellation
- Once registered, the registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred to future events.
- No cancellations or transfers will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Only participants who register at least 7 days before the event will have their name printed on the official BIB.
BIB & Timing Tag Instructions
- Participants must wear their official BIB number on the front of their vest at all times during the race.
- Tampering, folding, mutilating, or altering the bib in any way will lead to disqualification.
- Timing chips are mandatory for (10K, 25K, and 50K). Failure to wear the timing BIB as instructed will result in:
– No official finish time
– No finisher certificate
– No eligibility for ranking or prize

Medical & Safety Guidelines
- The organizers reserve the right to stop any participant from continuing the race if deemed medically unfit by on-ground medical personnel.
- Participants are subject to random checks on race day for security reasons. We request your full cooperation.
- Adequate volunteers will be deployed throughout the course to ensure participant safety and well being.
- Ambulance services and physiotherapists will be available on-site to provide immediate medical assistance if required.

Baggage & Personal Belongings
- Baggage counters will be available for all runners.
- Participants are strongly advised not to store valuables (such as phones, cameras, jewellery, electronics, etc.) at the baggage counter.
- The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to baggage or personal items.

Event Conduct
- All participants event officials, and security personnel deployed at the venue and along the route.
- Unsporting behavior, non-compliance with instructions, or any act that endangers others will result in immediate disqualification.

Photography & Media Usage
- By registering for the event, participants consent to the use of their photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes by the organizers.

- The right to participate and all benefits arising from the event are non-transferable and at the sole discretion of the organizing team.
