• Participants must agree to the event rules, safety guidelines, and waiver terms during registration.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse participation if a runner is deemed medically unfit or fails to comply with event requirements.

Rules & Regulations – Nutrifresh Farm Ultra 2026
Please carefully read the following guidelines before participating in the event. Your registration confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Registration & Cancellation
• Once registered, the registration fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred to future events.
• No cancellations, refunds, or transfers will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Participants registering at least 7 days before the event may be eligible to have their name printed on the official race bib.
BIB & Timing Chip Instructions
• Participants must wear their official race bib on the front of their apparel at all times during the race.
• Tampering, folding, mutilating, or altering the bib in any manner may result in disqualification.
• Timing chips are mandatory for applicable timed race categories.
• Failure to wear the timing chip/bib correctly may result in:

Medical & Safety Guidelines
• Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate in the event.
• The organizers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed medically unfit by race medical personnel.
• Medical support, first aid, and ambulance services will be available during the event.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by race officials, volunteers, and security personnel.
Baggage & Personal Belongings
• Baggage storage facilities may be provided for participants.
• Participants are advised not to leave valuables such as cash, mobile phones, jewellery, cameras, or electronic devices at the baggage counter.
• The organizers will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
Event Conduct
• Participants must respect fellow runners, volunteers, officials, and event staff at all times.
• Unsporting behaviour, misconduct, or failure to follow race instructions may result in immediate disqualification.
• Littering on the race route is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Media Usage
• By registering for the event, participants grant permission to the organizers to use photographs, videos, and recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, and communication purposes.
General Conditions
• The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, route, categories, or rules due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Participation rights and event benefits are non-transferable.
• All decisions made by the Race Director and Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
