Prize Money for Fastest Finishers

For both the 21K and 10K categories, the top finishers will receive the following cash prizes:

• Fastest Male and Female in 21K:
  
  1st place – ₹25,000
  
  2nd place – ₹17,500
  
  3rd place – ₹12,500

• Fastest Male and Female in 10K:
  
  1st place – ₹12,500
  
  2nd place – ₹10,000

To receive a customized BIB with your name printed on it, please ensure you complete your registration at least 15 days before the event date. Registrations are strictly non-transferable from one individual to another. However, if a registered participant is unable to attend the event, they may request to transfer their registration to another race within our calendar for the same season. This is subject to sending a confirmation email at least 45 days before the event date, along with a transfer fee of INR 250 and any applicable difference in registration cost. Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The BIB Expo will be held one day before the event at the designated venue. There will be no BIB distribution on the day of the race. If someone is collecting a BIB on behalf of another participant, they must carry a signed consent letter from the registered individual in order to receive it.

On-spot registrations will not be permitted. All participants must register in advance to confirm their spot in the race. Additionally, BIBs are non-exchangeable. Each timing BIB is uniquely assigned and must be used only by the registered participant. Anyone found wearing someone else’s BIB will be disqualified from the event.

Participants must also ensure that their BIB is worn correctly — it should be securely pinned to the chest and clearly visible at all times. BIBs worn on the back will lead to disqualification from the winner’s list.
