    Full Marathon (42.195 km) – Men & Women

    • 1st Place: ₹20,000

    • 2nd Place: ₹15,000

    • 3rd Place: ₹10,000

    Half Marathon (21.1 km) – Men & Women

    • 1st Place: ₹10,000

    • 2nd Place: ₹7,500

    • 3rd Place: ₹5,000

    10 km Run – Men & Women

    • 1st Place: ₹7,500

    • 2nd Place: ₹5,000

    • 3rd Place: ₹3,000


    🏅 Age-Category Awards

    • Age-category winners usually receive trophies or recognition.

    • Cash prizes are typically only for overall podium (top-3), not for age categories.


    📌 Prize Distribution Conditions

    • Prize money is normally distributed within 60 days after the event.

    • Winners must have:

      • Run with their own official bib

      • Completed the race within cut-off time

      • Cleared verification and timing checks

    • Any violation (wrong bib, shortcut, incorrect data, etc.) results in loss of prize.

    2. Half Marathon – 21.097 km

    • Minimum age: 18 years

    • Finisher medal + timing certificate

    • Cut-off: 3 hours 30 minutes


    3. 10 km Run

    • Minimum age: 14 years

    • Official timing chip

    • Finisher medal + timing certificate

    • Cut-off: 1 hour 30 minutes


    4. 5 km Fun Run

    • Minimum age: 6 years

    • Untimed (usually no timing chip)

    • Finisher medal

    • Cut-off: 1 hour

    📌 1. Registration Rules

    • Registration must be done only through the official online portal.

    • Individual entries only – group or team entries are not accepted.

    • No on-spot / race-day registrations.

    • All personal details provided must be accurate; incorrect information can lead to disqualification.


    📌 2. Bib & Timing Chip Rules

    • The bib/chest number assigned to a participant is non-transferable.

    • Running with someone else’s bib or allowing another person to run with your bib leads to automatic disqualification.

    • Bib must be worn on the front, clearly visible at all times.

    • Tampering with the bib or timing chip results in no official timing, no certificate, and possible disqualification.


    📌 3. Category Rules

    • You must run only in the category you registered for (5K / 10K / 21K / 42K).

    • Category change on race day is not allowed.

    • You cannot downgrade or upgrade distances after registration.

    • Switching to a lower category does not provide any refund.


    📌 4. Refund / Transfer / Cancellation Policy

    • No refund if you cancel your participation for personal reasons.

    • Registration transfer to another runner is allowed only within the specified time window before the event (usually around 45 days before the race).

    • A transfer fee is applicable.

    • If the event is cancelled by organisers, full refund will be provided.

    • If the event is postponed, your entry can be moved to the new date or transferred to another person/edition.

    • If you violate any rule, there is no refund under any circumstance.


    📌 5. Race Day Conduct

    • You must follow the marked race route and complete all checkpoints/timing mats.

    • Starting before the official start time or outside your designated category is prohibited.

    • Running with a stroller, pram, pets, bicycles, skates, or any wheeled device is not allowed.

    • Running with gas balloons is prohibited.

    • Only registered runners are allowed on the course.


    📌 6. Medical & Safety Conditions

    • Organisers have the right to stop a participant mid-race if considered medically unfit.

    • Participants must be in good health and medical condition to compete.

    • Emergency medical support will be available on the route and at the venue.

    • Any runner found using banned substances or doping practices will be disqualified.


    📌 7. Finishers’ Entitlements

    • Only runners who wear their valid bib, complete the race, and finish within the official cut-off time receive:

      • Finisher medal

      • Timing certificate (for timed categories)

    • Cut-off times:

      • Full Marathon – 6 hours

      • Half Marathon – 3 hours 30 min

      • 10K – 1 hour 30 min

      • 5K – 1 hour


    📌 8. Behaviour & Discipline

    • Any verbal or physical abuse toward volunteers, staff, officials, or other runners results in disqualification and a ban from future events.

    • Participants must follow instructions from race marshals and volunteers at all times.


    📌 9. Media & Photography

    • By participating, runners give consent for their photographs and videos to be used for promotional purposes.

    • No separate permission or compensation will be provided for media usage.
