Event Details

Goa, a state in western India has coastlines stretching along the Arabian Sea. Its long history as a Portuguese colony before 1961 is evident in its preserved 17th-century churches and its unique Indo-Portuguese culture.

Goa is also known for its beaches, tropical spice plantations, hinterlands and a lot more. It also is host to Olive Ridley Turtles Nesting sites at five beaches; Ashvem, Morjim, Mandrem in North Goa and Galgibaga, Agonda in the South. Race Category

Age-Group Individual Race

This is the standard individual entry category for IRONMAN 70.3 Goa 2026. Athletes compete in age-group divisions based on their age on race day. Age-group categories typically begin from 18–24 years and continue in 5-year increments up to 80+ years.

Relay Teams (Two- or Three-Person Relay)

Teams of two or three participants can register in the relay category. Relay options include:

• Women’s Relay Team
• Men’s Relay Team
• Mixed Relay Team

Each team member completes one or more race segments (Swim, Bike, or Run) as per relay rules.

Race Format

• Swim – 1.9 KM
• Bike – 90 KM
• Run – 21.1 KM

T&C

All registrations are non-refundable after the specified cancellation dates. Registrations are non-transferable.

Athletes who wish to withdraw from the race must submit their request in writing to the event organizers.

Registration & Refund Policy

• Registration fees are subject to the official IRONMAN cancellation policy.

• Refund requests submitted before the applicable deadline may be eligible for a partial refund.

• No refunds will be issued after the final cancellation deadline.

• Entry transfers to another participant are not permitted.

Race Rules

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age on race day.

• Race bibs and timing chips must be worn as instructed throughout the event.

• Any unauthorized transfer, alteration, or misuse of race credentials may result in disqualification.

Medical & Safety

• Athletes participate at their own risk and should be medically fit to compete.

• Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant deemed medically unfit to continue.

• Participants must follow all instructions provided by race officials, volunteers, and medical staff.

Photography & Media

• By registering, participants consent to the use of event photographs and videos for promotional purposes.

General Conditions

• Organizers reserve the right to modify the race course, schedule, or event format if required due to safety, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• All decisions made by race officials and organizers shall be final and binding.
