Over the last decade, the ultra-running in India has taken a big leap, with runners growing by the numbers and races popping up. Thinking of running long? Eligibility
• Participants must be at least 18 years of age on race day.
• Runners should be physically fit and adequately trained for their chosen race category.
• Participants are advised to select distances based on their fitness level, endurance, and prior running experience.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required for bib collection and verification.
• Participants must comply with all race rules, safety guidelines, and organizer instructions.
• For Ultra categories (25K, 37.5K, and 50K), prior long-distance running experience is strongly recommended.
• The organizers reserve the right to deny participation or remove any runner deemed medically unfit to continue.

Registration & Cancellation
• Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be deferred to future events.
• No cancellations, refunds, or participant substitutions will be permitted after registration.
• Participants must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Health & Safety
• Participants must ensure they are medically fit to participate.
• Organizers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed medically unfit.
• Medical support, first aid, and emergency services will be available during the event.
• Participants must follow all instructions issued by race officials and volunteers.
Event Conduct
• Participants must maintain sportsmanlike behaviour throughout the event.
• Any misconduct, cheating, or behaviour that endangers others may lead to immediate disqualification.
• Littering on the race course is strictly prohibited.
Photography & Media
• By participating, runners grant permission to the organizers to use event photographs and videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
General Conditions
• Organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, route, or rules due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
• All decisions made by the Race Director and Organizing Committee shall be final and binding.
