Rome’s flagship marathon through historic city streets, combining competitive and fun distances.

Annual marathon (42.195 km) event in Rome, with relay and fun run options too. Route takes you past iconic landmarks like the Imperial Forum and finishes at the Circus Maximus. Also includes a charity relay and fun run.

• Must be 20 years or older on race day
• Valid medical certificate required for competitive entry
• Nationality/residence or membership of athletics federation (or use of “RunCard”) affects eligibility for prizes
• Foreign participants may register as “non-competitive” (no prizes) if they don’t meet federation or licensing conditions
