| • Must be 20 years or older on race day • Valid medical certificate required for competitive entry • Nationality/residence or membership of athletics federation (or use of “RunCard”) affects eligibility for prizes • Foreign participants may register as “non-competitive” (no prizes) if they don’t meet federation or licensing conditions |
