These ensure runners are experienced and prepared for the challenges of ultra-distance running:
For 12-Hour Individual & 100 km:

Must have completed a marathon (42.195 km) in ≤5:30 hours in the last 2 years.

For the 100 km event, past marathon time must be under 4:30 hours.
For 24-Hour Individual:
For Team Relay:

Team combinations: all 6 men, all 6 women, or 4 men + 2 women.

Each runner runs 2 hours.
-
One runner cannot be part of more than one team.
